Imam Khomeini (R.A.), by presenting the discourse of the Islamic Revolution, has created new needs and responsibilities in formulating international and regional strategies. As a result of this process, it is necessary to choose a strategy appropriate to the threats and opportunities of Iran's security environment, which can be found in the strategic model of general Soleimani. This article aims to identify the components of the discourse of the Islamic revolution in this model, using the descriptive-analytical method and using the theory of Bari Buzan's regional security complex (Copenhagen school), to draw and explain it. The findings of the research show that Soleimani's strategic model derived from the principles and structures of the Islamic Revolution can be analyzed based on Bari Buzan's five features (security interdependence, patterns of friendship and enmity, proximity, the existence of at least two actors and relative independence) and has four functional methods. (advisership presence, formation of popular resistance cores, field management and cultural influence) which ultimately brought two special tasks (deterrence and balancing).
