Presenting a strategic model for training jihadi leaders with emphasis on the model of competence in the intellectual system of Shahid Soleimani

Martyr General Qassem Soleimani, as the only senior manager in the Islamic Republic who has succeeded in receiving the Zulfaghar Award from the Supreme Leader of Iran, was not only successful in his job performance but was also associated with unparalleled popularity at various levels and tastes of society. The research method is of applied purpose and in terms of data collection, is a survey using the Delphi technique. Using the opinion of 15 experts and the network analysis approach with the help of Supercision software, effective components in the comprehensive model of training jihadi managers based on the competency model are presented. The results showed that the strategic model of jihadi management based on the intellectual system of Shahid Soleimani includes pure virtue, magnanimity and compassion, simplicity of life, purity and revolutionary thinking, reason, foresight, guardianship, understanding and analysis and specialized knowledge, Determination, Courage and it is tough.
