Imam Khomeini, by emphasizing the religious thought and teachings of Shiite Islam in an era that was interpreted as the end of ideologies and the end of history, using Shiite Islamic political culture to draw a kind of political thought based on religious virtues, which according to Fukuyama Was the secularization of the world (the return of spirituality to the soulless world). The present article aims to explain the intellectual foundations of Shiite jurisprudence in the process of victory and continuation of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, using a descriptive-analytical method, what is the impact of Shiite jurisprudential principles, especially the theory of Velayat-e Faqih in the victory and continuation of the Islamic Revolution? Is ? It seems that the revolutionary discourse and the theory of Velayat-e-Faqih, as a unifying factor, have ensured political sovereignty and independence and the continuation of the Islamic Republic in Iran.
