There is found countries in the world that after some decades political changes, arrive at new political situations. Appearance of color revolutions in such countries would lead political changes to what intended by influential western powers under the title of democracy and liberal norms. The author has intended to find the why and the how of net-making in fitnah of 1388 in IRI on the basis of net-based, front-based and currency-based activities. It should be stated that fronts, using various methods, lead different nets to a particular front or confrontation to solve a problem. Fronts, therefore, may be multiple, classification of problems and the way in which nets may be organized to solve prior problems are counted as the most effective measure in this level. In the study, currency and currency-making are of epistemic and virtual nature for nets and fronts in forming green velour revolution in IRI 1388. And again, net-based and front-based activities make the ground for developing currency-based activities.
