The hypothesis of the study may be mentioned as: while accepting the discoursive conflict of IR and USA, the United States intends to introduce IRI as an enemy falsely instead of its being an inernational challenge and a regional rival to Saudi Arabia respectively and make it free From from its content (ideals and goals). As explained in the paper, the dialogue of Political Islam being established as hegemony has affected the discourses of power, particularly that of liberal democracy, regionally and internationally. especially liberal democracy.
