Islamic Revolution of Iran is regarded as one wonderful happening of second half of the twentieth century so that some have known it as parts of big revolutions. IRI, taking a revolutionary manner in foreign affairs, influenced countries, political and religious leaders, movements and happenings considerably. Yemenite people, particularly the Houthis, have been influenced indirectly by IR. In the paper, it has been intended to study the theory of diffusion and its components and to show the effect of IR on the Houthis. The question of the paper centers on IR effect, its extension and the way in which it happened. It is hypothesized that IR has influenced Yemeni Houthis in such fields as politics, ideology, method and culture and the Yemeni Houthi Hosein Badr al-Din, an influential figure in Yemen, has viewed Imam Khomeini as a contemporary distinguished leader. The paper has used analytical-descriptive method.
