Capacities of Political Jurisprudence for System-making

Shiite political jurisprudence with regard to internal capacities and current needs especially the experience of Islamic republic of Iran after the Islamic revolution, started to design and implement a comprehensive political social system. System making in political jurisprudence which is based on scripture and is completed with regard to the tangible developments in the world and the needs of the religious society is something which started by the victory of Islamic revolution but still needs to be completed and continued and made dynamic. This article tries to study the internal capacities of political jurisprudence, executed actions, necessities and future needs and how to create a political system. Having mentioned the distance jurisprudence has passed for system making, it offers an introduction to the theory of creating a system for the social political society based on political jurisprudence.
