The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, like all constitutions of the world, is based on specific theoretical foundations that justify and validate its principles and content. Considering that the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran is based on the school of Islam, the present article seeks to examine the theoretical foundations of the constitution based on the teachings of Islamic theology. The most important of these teachings that are discussed in this article are the principles of religion, which include the principles of: monotheism, prophecy, resurrection, justice and Imamate, and in the second principle of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran in full and in other principles It is mentioned. |
