The idea of freedom has been influential in the second and fourth waves of the Islamic awakening to a certain degree. This influence in the constitutional movement has taken place in the form of systematizing constitutionalism alongside the "justice movement"; However, due to the influence of Western political philosophies, the idea of freedom was separated from justice and Islamic texts and fell into another context. In the evolution of the idea of freedom is the Islamic Revolution, which this time the idea of freedom, along with the theory of "Velayat-e-Faqih", figured out "religious democracy" and created a kind of "religious civil system" more complete than constitutionalism. This historical course, especially from the last century until today and from today to the horizon of the new Islamic civilization, shows the evolutionary and transcendent course in the movement of Islamic awakening. The present article discusses this evolutionary trajectory in the form of "thought of transcendence" and its pathology under Western thought and civilization in the form of "thought of progress". |
