@article{ author = {Abdekhodayi, Mojtab}, title = {Revolution Exportation and the Principle of Non-Intervention in International Laws}, abstract ={The importance of "revolution-exportation" in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic has raised the question: what is the relation of this principle to the principle of non-intervention in international laws? Does not such a theoretical disagreement lead to a challenge in international interactions? Various interpretations of the principle of the revolution exportation and ambiguities in the principle of nen-intervetion have made it difficult to make a general judgment on the compatibility or incompatibility of the two principles. Yet, the basis of the two principles may not be taken as being contradicted. This essay analyzes analytically the forms of exporting revolution in the form of five readings of model-development, political-strategic, cultural-propagandistic, military-organizational, and jihadist. As viewed in the paper, the first three readings has been known essentially as non-conflicting with the principle of non-interference, and justifies military-weapons reading in the context of the evolution of the concept of sovereignty and the extension of humanitarian intervention rights. Finally, it has been viewed that the recitation of Imam Khomeini is a spiritual-cultural model that is generally accepted as legal.}, Keywords = {Revolution Exportation, the Principle of Non-Intervention, Islamic Republic's Foreign policy, International Laws.}, volume = {16}, Number = {57}, pages = {7-20}, publisher = {University of Islamic Studies}, url = {http://enghelab.maaref.ac.ir/article-1-1206-en.html}, eprint = {http://enghelab.maaref.ac.ir/article-1-1206-en.pdf}, journal = {Journal of Islamic Revolution Studies}, issn = {2008-5834}, eissn = {2008-5834}, year = {2019} } @article{ author = {Qaemi, Mohammadali and Tavakkoli, Ya`qub}, title = {The Reflection of Islamic Revolution`s Discourse in South American Region}, abstract ={The discourse of the Islamic Revolution, with an emphasis on new signs, drew a new outlook to contemporary people who were disillusioned of current discourses, and analyzed human being and international relations from a new angle. Relying on the writings, interviews and published news, one will find that there is a wide variety of evidence on the impact of Islamic Revolution discourse at various levels in the South American region. Therefore, every intellectual and ideal situation in society is transmitted to the level of sovereignty through the same political servants. If society enjoys vitality and social health, this vitality, mobility and health will also be transferred to the body of government through the selection of elites and decent individuals as political servants; this article answers the question: how may the model of revolutionary vitality be realized in the space of the university with the student audience? It is stated that in order to raise the level of revolutionary vitality and to maintain revolutionary state among the youth, the eight stages of "belief sharing", "belief", "commitment", "respecting people", "solidarity", "planning", "achieving good results" and "Islamic Republic" have been presupposed. The key question of the study is: "in what strategic vacuum do the roots of the crisis of the Islamic Republic lie?" In response to the aforementioned question, using the "crisis methodology" (Sprigens), and relying on Ayatollah Khamenei's political-economic thought, it has been concluded that the incomplete process of internal power-building in the country's political system has been the origin of numerous social damages in Iranian society; this defect in its turn lies in the inadequacy of Islam's criteria in five elements: " state men`s manner and Character", "structures, institutions, and foundations", "systems", "softwares" and "patterns".
