Preconditions and Implications for a Desirable State as Found in the Infallible`s Traditions

Islamic laws are of such a nature and quality that regardless of an executive and vast political and social may not be performed. In this way, the necessity for establishing an Islamic state becomes clear. The present research has examined the preconditions and requirements for a desirable state to be realized as may be understood of the infallible`s traditions. the data has gathered and analyzed based on the grounded theory. Accordingly, after studying narrative sources, the preconditions and requirements of the desired state were extracted and classified in four categories (1. social conditions, 2. fundamental conditions, 3. Ground-based conditions, 4. final conditions), each of which has specific dimensions and characteristics by which a supreme and desirable state under the name of the state of justice and justice may be established.
