Using rational analysis method in Imam Khomeini's ontological views, this research shows that the ontological theories have determined requirements in political science. Based on Islamic ontology and quoting the words of Imam Khomeini, after proving the existence of God and his unity, it is provided that God is the absolute creator, and monotheism in creation requires monotheism in the real ownership of God over the universe, monotheism in creational lordship over all creatures, and monotheism in legislative lordship over free creatures. Thus, the levels of monotheism lead to the monopoly of the right of sovereignty in God. This absolute theism in social relations between human beings appears in the jurisprudential principle of "lack of human guardianship over another human being". Thus in Imam Khomeini's political thought based on absolute monotheism, no one has the right to rule over another, unless such a right has been forged for him by God.
