Abstract:   (504 Views)
At present, there is a gap between the current and the desired state of Islamic civilization, which has led thinkers, leaders and political activists to make every effort to create a new Islamic civilization and the necessary state-building outlined in the Step Statement. Numerous strategies may be used to achieve this. This study is an attempt to answer the question: What strategy can bring the current situation of the Islamic State closer to the desired situation more quickly? And test the claim that by adopting a strategy of optimizing political power, opportunities are provided that can accelerate the achievement of the desired situation. This research has been done by swat method and the research findings show that the optimization of political power resulting from the use of a set of indigenous capabilities can provide the conditions for changing the status quo and achieving the desired Islamic state-building context.
