Ethical approach in the analysis of constitutional rights

Islamic ethics, using the rules arising from reason and revelation, is theoretically a good justification for the analysis and development of the theory of fundamental rights. According to this theory, fundamental rights as fundamental rights and rules are based on moral values, and the justification of fundamental rules does not rely solely on specific historical developments and political culture. The theoretical design of the ethical basis for constitutional rights is based on a systemic approach to the social sciences that can increase the ability to formulate theories of constitutional rights for different cultures while creating the ability of discourse and greater convergence of nations in this field. To give. This is the moral basis of the achievement that followed the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in constitutional rights. The Islamic Revolution of Iran considered the political structure of the system as a means to achieve moral goals.
