The Islamic Revolution of Iran and the desirability of the existing international order
Abstract:   (1939 Views)
The Islamic Revolution of Iran and its just, anti-domination and anti-arrogant discourse have not reflected the existing international liberal order and have challenged it in transtheoretical, structural, normative and institutional dimensions. In such a way that the Islamic Republic in the first step in the explanatory and destructive dimension deals with the deconstruction of the existing international order. In the explanatory dimension, by describing and explaining the unjust nature of the current situation and the established system, it tries to make it unnatural and to delegitimize it. In the next step, the Islamic Republic, according to the principles of the Islamic Revolution, seeks to implement a practical model in the global arena according to its capabilities and the countries that want to change the status quo.
Keywords: International order, liberal order, Islamic revolution, transtheoretical challenge, structural challenge, normative challenge, institutional challenge.
